Breathing, Body & Awareness Guided Meditation


In this guided meditation we will be led by the breath. Taking time to bring awareness to this aspect of life that we think of far too little is quite important. This meditation was produced at night but may be performed at any time during the day. This practice will increase the body’s intake of oxygen, which helps to relieve anxiety, and stabilize blood pressure. Breathing exercises and meditating properly will pave the path towards improved coping abilities, increased energy and healthy sleeping patterns.
