3. Exchanges: We offer exchanges before issuing a refund. If you wish to exchange your product, our team will guide you through the process once your return request is approved.
 
 
4. Refunds: Refunds will only be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method after the return is approved.
