Tension Release & Muscle Relaxation


This meditation will aid in decreasing built up muscle tension throughout the body as well as calming the mind. Taking time to bring awareness to our muscles is very important. Remember to listen to your body. This meditation may be performed at any time during the day especially before bedtime. This practice will increase the body’s intake of oxygen, which helps to relieve anxiety, and stabilize blood pressure. Breathing exercises and meditating properly will pave the path towards improved coping abilities, increased energy and healthy sleeping patterns.
