ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We accept products that are unworn & undamaged for online store credit. 

You have 28 days from the order ship date to get an online store credit. Seasonal items, sale items, and discounted items are FINAL SALES. Please note that all apothecary, beauty, lingerie, pierced jewelry, swimwear, hats, masks, hair accessories, sale items, and online store credit purchases are final sale. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Online Return Process

Please email  sales@christophercisnerossmith.co  with your order number and reason for exchange or return accompanied by a photo and you will receive an email within 24 hours of your request. Please pack your returned item in a box or padded mailer.  Returns shipping price will be deducted from your store credit amount. The shipping fee is not refundable.

Late Returns

All returns should be in new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original tags attached. Any returns received more than 28 days from the ship date are ineligible for store credit.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) and we will ship the new size/color once we receive the original item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email sales@christophercisnerossmith.co

When will I get my store credit ?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our store and then 5-8 to add the store credit to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
